Hi! I’m Cody Castiglia, a farm-to-table, fine dining private chef serving Middle TN. I believe that food is best when it's made: from scratch, with whole ingredients, and shared around the table with loved ones. I grew up in a family of chefs and restaurateurs, so cooking and hospitality have always been a big part of my life. Originally from Buffalo, New York (Go Bills), I was raised on great Italian food, country music, and the idea that the best moments happen around the table. I’m really honored to be partnering with Noble Springs Dairy for this dinner and to highlight such an incredible local farm.
I’ve been in the food world for nearly 20 years, with experience in fine dining, farm-to-table restaurants, high-end hotels and high-volume catering. These days, I focus on private chef work, creating seasonal tasting menus and curated dinners for clients who really love good food. I’m all about cooking from scratch, using whole ingredients, and working with local farmers and artisans whenever possible.
What I love most about private dining is how personal it is. It’s not just about the food, it’s about the experience. Every menu is intentional, every detail matters, and it all comes together to create something memorable for the people around the table.
